By using StyleTrackr you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
StyleTrackr is a social media management tool that connects to Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok APIs. It runs locally on your device. All credentials are stored on your own machine and never transmitted to StyleTrackr servers.
StyleTrackr connects to Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok via their official APIs. We are not affiliated with these platforms. API access may be revoked by platforms at any time.
StyleTrackr is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee posts will publish on time as this depends on third-party API availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleTrackr shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed £50.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

StyleTrackr collects only the information you provide directly: social media API credentials (stored locally on your device), post content you create, and usage data stored in local JSON files. We do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary to operate the tool.
Your credentials and content are used solely to publish posts to connected social media platforms on your behalf. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
StyleTrackr connects to third-party platforms including X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn via their official APIs. Your use of these platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
All data is stored locally on your own device in JSON files. We do not operate any central servers or databases that store your personal information.
StyleTrackr does not use cookies or tracking technologies of any kind.
You have full control over your data. You may delete your local data files at any time. To revoke API access, disconnect your accounts via the Connections page or directly through each platform's developer settings.
We may update this policy occasionally. The latest version will always be available at styletrackr.co.uk. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance.
